Al offers 4 Signature Programs:
Discover Your Signature Story – Turning Life’s Defining Moments into Powerful Personal Stories. Your most powerful story isn't someone else's – it's yours. In this highly interactive workshop, participants learn how to identify, craft, and confidently share the personal story that defines who they are and what they stand for. Through practical exercises and proven storytelling techniques, they'll create a memorable signature story that can be used in presentations, leadership, fundraising, networking, interviews, and everyday conversations. Participants leave with the beginning of a story that informs, inspires, and creates genuine human connection.
Storytelling for Nonprofits – Stories That Move is a dynamic workshop that teaches nonprofits how to discover, craft, and share authentic stories that inspire generosity and deepen community engagement. Participants learn practical storytelling techniques they can immediately apply to fundraising campaigns, grant proposals, volunteer recruitment, presentations, social media, and donor communications. By putting people – not programs – at the center of their messaging, organizations create lasting connections that move audiences from awareness to action.
One Family's Journey with the Green Book and the Story of Victor Hugo Green is a compelling one-man theatrical storytelling performance that combines a family's true experience traveling the Jim Crow South with a first-person portrayal of Victor Hugo Green, creator of The Negro Motorist Green Book. Blending personal narrative, living history, and dramatic performance, Al Wiseman brings to life the courage, resilience, and hope that guided millions of African American travelers through one of America's most challenging eras.
Finding the Funny: How to Think Funny, Write Funny, and Speak Funny is an interactive workshop that teaches participants how to naturally incorporate humor into presentations, storytelling, leadership, and everyday conversations. Rather than relying on jokes, participants learn practical techniques for recognizing humor in everyday life, crafting funny stories, and delivering them with confidence. The result? More engaging presentations, stronger audience connections, and messages people remember long after the laughter ends.
