TATTLE TALES YOUTH STORYTELLERS • year-round

→ BECOME A TATTLE TALE
→ SUPPORT TATTLE TALES

Tattle Tales was founded in 2010 as the youth component of Kuumba Storytellers of Georgia. The program teaches young people the art and oral tradition of storytelling while supporting literacy, self-esteem, confidence, and public-speaking skills. Participants receive coaching, training, and workshops, along with opportunities to perform at local, regional, and national storytelling festivals.

Why should you be a Kuumba Tattle Tale?

  • If you love stories and want to learn how to tell them.

  • If you want to carry on the African Oral tradition and honor your ancestors.

  • If you want to improve your speech skills and be more confident in front of an audience.

  • If you want to have FUN!
