The Mayor’s Summer Reading Club (MSRC) is a free early literacy program for Atlanta children from birth to age five and their families. The program is coordinated by GEEARS–the Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students–in partnership with the City of Atlanta and community organizations.

As a community partner, Kuumba shares engaging stories and distributes more than six hundred books to children each year.
